I want you to be 100% happy with your "Original Painting" purchase. Please choose carefully. Check the measurements provided in the SPECS on the product listing to ensure the size is what you are expecting. I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Reproduction Prints
As all prints are produced on demand, I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. I do not hold stock or operate a showroom; each order is printed specifically for you, so please choose your artwork, size, and format carefully.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening and then photograph the damaged art inside. Please email me the photos at art@tararountree.com so that I can evaluate the damage and make it right.
I do not accept any returns based on artwork aging or being affected by environmental factors, including humidity, mold, or light. See my F.A.Q page for how to care for your art.
